Currently, the terminal has production facilities for one-time storage of more than 35 thousand tons of products, silo-type warehouses with a capacity of up to 9 thousand tons, 8 warehouses of 3 thousand 200 tons, as well as a pelletizing shop with a capacity of 80 tons per day.
We perform the necessary additional part-time work (improvement of quality indicators) of cereals, legumes and oilseeds. On the territory of the elevator there is a separate grain drying shop equipped with a DSP-32 unit with a capacity of 50 tons per hour, depending on the humidity of the products.
The elevator has a granulating shop with a capacity of 3-5 tons per hour. The total capacity of the pelletizing line is 100 kW. The pelletizing press is designed to produce pellets from mixed feeds, bran, and other crushed materials, as well as depending on the needs of the consumer.
The products are shipped simultaneously from two self-propelled loading devices, which makes it possible to fill the vessel with a draft of up to 4 meters within 12-20 hours and with the least displacement of the vessel along the length of the berth with a total capacity of 300 tons per hour.
